Here are some of the things we can expect:

  • Increased training activity

  • Jet flights

  • All night flights (the airport is technically open 24/7)

  • Commercial Passenger Flights

  • Considerably more low flying helicopters

  • Increased noise

  • Increased corporate aviation

  • Moorabbin as a sister airport to places like Bankstown in Western Sydney

  • More dangerous development on the airport perimeter

  • Reduced property rights of residents captured under the airport noise exposure forecasts

Are the City of Kingston Residents Second Class Citizens?

The only person who makes any decisions on the plan is the Federal Minister for Transport, Mr Albanese.  The City of Kingston has no rights, the State government has no rights and local residents have no rights.   This can't be acceptable.
